Harley Quinn - original design (lazy version - updated)

Outfit designed by me, I made the hat, collar, loin cloths, mallet, diamonds and mask.
I bought the catsuit, belt, utility pouch, gun (painted it though), corset, boots and grenades.

(You may not be able to see all of these in this picture).

Well it very much depends on who you want to cosplay. I would say it's usually best to start off by buying most of the outfit, and only making a few extra pieces - the simpler stuff.
